Caramel London - stunning lighting design
The sophisticated and stylish interiors of Caramel comprise of backlit onyx trims, marbled surfaces and sleek Italian ceramic tiles. Inspired by the Art Deco era with dynamic finishes of natural metals such as copper and brass, Caramel London features plush upholstery and bold styling. The site is a natural evolution of the existing brand, where all elements come together in a perfect equilibrium. It combines unique statement furniture and visually striking light fittings by the likes of Bishop Design LLC and Rogue, creating a true vision of beauty and intrigue that engages all of the senses.
To control the complex array of LED lighting, linear lighting and affects, Caramel uses a network of Futronix Enviroscene dimmers throughout. There are two master dimmers comprising of 8 Channels each, and one slave dimmer giving a total of 24 Channels. In addition to the LED dimming, there are 16 channels of 1-10v drivers for the linear LED illuminares. Control is through the wall mounted switch outstation in white powder coated stainless steel. Programming can be carried out from the switch panel, without any setup, using the hand held Infra-red remote control.
The fabulously located 120-cover restaurant and lounge offers a variety of internationally inspired food and drink from dusk ‘til dawn, all specially curated for Caramel London.
